Sync Notion with Google Calendar
Two-way sync that keeps your tasks and events in perfect harmony.
Most integrations break silently
They work great on day one, then quietly fail weeks later. You only notice when an important meeting is missing from your calendar.
How we solve this:
- Email alerts when sync fails or permissions expire
- Health monitoring dashboard shows last successful sync
- Clear error messages with steps to fix the issue
- Automatic retries for temporary API failures

FAQ
How do I know if the sync is still working?
The dashboard displays the last successful sync time and sync health status. You'll receive an email alert immediately if sync fails or if permissions expire. No more silent failures.
What happens if the sync breaks?
You'll get an email alert with the specific error and steps to fix it. The system automatically retries temporary failures. If it's a permission issue, you'll be guided to reconnect your account.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use OAuth for authentication and only request the minimum permissions needed. Your data is never stored on our servers beyond what's required for synchronization.
Can I sync multiple databases?
Currently, you can sync one Notion database to one Google Calendar. Support for multiple syncs is planned for a future update.
How do recurring events work?
Recurring events created in either system will sync with their recurrence rules preserved. Updates to a single occurrence or the entire series are both supported.
